Το κτήμα ιδρύθηκε το 1993 από το Γιώργο Γκιούλη γεωπόνο-οινολόγο στο Κλημέντι Κορινθίας. Σήμερα τα παιδιά του συνεχίζουν τη πορεία του κτήματος μαζί με το πατέρα τους με στόχο τη δημιουργία εξαίρετων οίνων, που προέρχονται από σταφύλια ιδιόκτητων αμπελώνων, βιολογικής καλλιέργειας.
In 1993, George Giouls, agronomist and oenologist (university of Bordeaux II), having considered the characteristics of this mountainous region, established in Klimenti, place of his origin, the winery Domaine Gioulis and planted his first vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon vines. This vineyard is regarded as one of the first certified organic vineyards in Greece.
Sauvignon Gris White Dry Wine
Light lemon yellow with green tinges. Rich flavor profile of white flowers and orange citrus unripe. On the palate lime exotic fresh fruit, refreshing acidity and a pleasant long aftertaste.
Cabernet Sauvignon Red Dry Organic Wine
The colour is deep red with violet tinges. The nose has green pepper aromas, mature red fruits, oak, dry nuts after few years of ageing in the bottle. The palate has green pepper nuances, blackberry fruit, and herbs. It is full bodied, and has a round and complex aftertaste.It goes perfect with grilled red meat or a game, spicy sauces or spicy cheese.
Chardonnay Organic White Dry Wine
The colour is yellow-green. The nose gives fresh fruits, lemon, and white flowers. The palate: Citrus, grapefruit and summer fruits with the age, round aftertaste. It is perfect with grilled fish and oysters, cheese or fruits.
Agiorgitiko
The colour is ruby. The nose has light aromas of red fruits such as cherry and red forest fruits and is combined with discreet spicy notes. The palate is described from earthy notes and mature red fruits; it has soft tannins; structured and long.eese or fruits.
Moschofilero, Roditis Organic White Dry Wine
The colour is light yellow with green tinges. The nose is distinctive and elegant; white flowers and rose. The palate: fresh summer fruit and citrus; freshness; structure.
Agiorgitiko Cabernet Sauvignon Red Dry Wine
The colour is ruby with violet tinges. The nose has mature black and red fruits, notes of spices and black chocolate. The palate: a well balanced acidity, a fresh blackcurrant - blackberry fruit, full-bodied and long aftertaste.
Sauvignon Blanc White Dry Wine
The colour is light lemon yellow, with greenish tinges. The nose is rich and aromatic: white flowers and melon notes. The palate is characterised with lemon and bergamot; it has a long aftertaste. It goes well with grilled fish and oysters but also with pasta and a light dressing.
Το οινοποιείο του κτήματος βρίσκεται στο κάμπο του Κλημεντίου σε υψόμετρο 850 μέτρων, στη Προστατευόμενη Γεωγραφική Ένδειξη Κλημέντι, στη διαδρομή από το Κιάτο προς τη λίμνη Στυμφαλία.
Οι καλλιεργούμενες ποικιλίες είναι Cabernet Sauvignon, Αγιωργήτικο, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Gris και Sauvignon Blanc. Η άριστη πρώτη ύλη οινοποιείται στο οινοποιείο του κτήματος ακολουθώντας τους κανόνες της αμερικάνικης πιστοποίησης USDA NOP και του οργανισμού πιστοποίησης βιολογικών προϊόντων Δ.Η.Ω.

The grapes come from our own vineyards which are planted and cultivated organically; in the hilly plains behind the mountains of the winemaking region of Nemea at 800-1000 m. altitude.
The high altitude of our cultivations gives elegant aromas to our wines because of cooler growing conditions, lower grape maturation temperatures and a continuous light breeze.
The vineyard covers an area of 8 ha. The cultivated varieties are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko, Roditis, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc.
