Kounoupes Beach

An island on the southern part of Astypalaia that has beautiful beaches.

It can be accessed every day by small boats that depart from the ports of Pera Gialos and Maltezana.

These are the two available routes:

a) Kounoupa-Koutsomitis (departure from Pera Gialos and Maltezana)

b) Agios Giannis-Kaminakia (departure from Pera Gialos, interchangeable with the first route).

It would be advisable to book a place on the boat well in advance, as there are limited available seats.
