We have remained faithful to our traditional art since 1938. We create the knife handle with natural and animal products such as calfbone Cretan goat horn, ox horn, roedeer horn-deerhorn, olive-tree wood and sometimes with high quality artificial material.We work the blade with the hammer in the furnace and the wheel with materials such as springs, rasps, axis and high quality steel continuing this way the history of making the traditional knives the way our grandfather and father, who were the pioneering knife makers in Hania, taught us.
At the same time following the needs of our customers we improve, update and enhance the variety of our produscts with the aim of a better service and coverage of the daily needs in both the private and the proffessional level.
