Ziria’s Sports and Ski Center began operating recently, with the aim of becoming a reference point in the context of the mountain activities of the Municipality of Corinthia.
It has a 100m height baby-lift ski slope and, from Christmas onwards, a 400m slide launch ramp will begin operating from Christmas onwards.
There is an area where visitors can rent skiing and snowboarding equipment, and there is also the option of skiing lessons for beginners.
Visitors can rent snowmobiles or ATV in order to explore Lake Dassios or the Cave of Hermes. Visitors can also take up such activities as heli skiing, jeeping, cross-country skiing and simple hiking.
There is a mountain shelter where one can have a coffee or a drink, or try a cold snack, while enjoying the wonderful view of the Plateau.
The shelter is open every day of the week.
