This is one of the three renowned caves of the island (the other two are the Negro’s Grotto in the area of Vatses and the Cave of Panagia Poulariani in Analipsi or Maltezana).
It is located on the northern side of the island, at a relatively short distance from the settlements, and it can be accessed either by small boat or by car (up to a certain point, then you proceed on foot by means of a particularly dangerous pathway).
In general, it would be best to avoid visiting the cave if you are not an experienced climber, one who is accustomed to difficult paths, as the entrance is narrow and the cave is not easily accessible.
