This neoclassical villa once belonged to Psiakis, a wealthy merchant who traded wheat and timber with the ports of Romania. The Psiakis villa is right opposite to the Tsiropinas Villa. Today this villa is owned by the Catholic Church, serving as a Pastoral Center hosting religious camps and other cultural events. The villa sits amidst a verdant estate full of pine trees, palms and citrus trees. After WWII and during the harsh times of the Greek Civil War, many children from the rest of Greece found shelter here.
